When you buy vitamins online, we
understand that you want to receive them as quickly as possible, with the
minimum of fuss - that's why we pioneered the supply of vitamins and
supplements in stylish air-tight pouches. Although we don't guarantee this (have you seen how small some letterboxes are?!), our use of industry-leading, slim-line pouches vastly increase the
chances of your order fitting conveniently through your letter-box, versus regular, round supplement bottles. Please note that our Next Day Delivery services will require a signature (or name taken, subject to current carrier policy), whether they fit through your letterbox or not!
Same day dispatch promise for UK Priority and UK Next-Day delivery options
Occasionally, we all leave
things until the last minute and re-ordering our supplements is no exception.
You've just popped your last tablet and now you need more - fast!
We realise how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible,
that's why for UK Priority and UK Next Day services, we promise 'Same-Day Dispatch' on all orders
received by 1pm on a working day (otherwise dispatch will be the next working day). We aim to dispatch UK Standard Delivery orders on the same basis, but for busy periods this may be up to 3 working days.
Please be aware that in all circumstances, if you place an order after 1pm and select one of the
Next-Day Delivery services, your goods will not be dispatched until the next
working day.
