Cod Liver Oil differs from other fish oils because it is a nutrient rich source of Vitamin A and Vitamin D, each of our capsules contains 100% RDA of both these vitamins. Vitamin A contributes to maintenance of normal skin and Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Both vitamins contribute to the normal function of the our immune systems.

Contributes to normal heart, brain and vision health

Cod Liver Oil contains the important essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. Extensive clinical studies have proven EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, brain and vision.  Essential fatty acids cannot be made within the body therefore they must be obtained from your diet.

Tested for safe heavy metal levels

All our Cod Liver Oil products are carefully tested to Regulatory standards to ensure that they contain safe levels of heavy metals such as Cadmium, Mercury and Lead.

Not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding 

Because of the Vitamin A content we recommend an alternative fish oil such as Omega-3 if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Vitamin A can be harmful to foetuses.

and as this is only my second years purchase my review is limited.
Having said that i can honestly say that deliveries have been on time as promised and this time i actually forgot some details of my previous order and your young lady who answered my call was very helpful and patient with me.
I am now 74 years of age and have been taking these capsules as part of my daily diet for many years (only found you recently) and recommend them to anybody as a long term vitamin.
Product: Obvious answer is to ward off old age and i do think they help as at my age (74) i am still relatively mobile in fact have spent last two days in garden cutting down bushes and tidying up for winter.
